Production Lead Time

All items are made to order. Standard production time is 2-3 weeks for most items. Quiet books and complex custom orders may take up to 4 weeks. Rush orders may be available - please inquire before placing your order.

Orders ship via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount - check for current promotions.

Returns & Exchanges

Because most pieces are personalized and made to order, returns are generally not accepted. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Bailey within 7 days of delivery with photos. She will make it right.
